Hog Roasts

Lower Sea Farm are able to supply a hog roast with staff and all condiments for all size corporate events and private parties. We are able to offer a hog roast and mobile outside catering at a venue of your choice perfect for a corporate event, private function, birthday party, wedding and outdoor events available throughout Somerset and the South West of England.

We specalise in providing a top quality Hog Roast for special occasions. The pigs we use are Free Range Wessex Pigs reared in Wellington, Somerset. These pigs provide the most succulent meat and most crackliest crackling!! We also provide the apple sauce, fresh bread rolls and stuffing.

Our speciality is a boned and stuffed pig where the pig is boned out and laid around a bed of stuffing. The meat is  moist and flavoursome and by being boneless  can be carved easily enabling a quick throughput of guests. 

We bring the pig to you hot after it has been cooked in a bakers oven approximately 1/2 an hour before you would wish us to serve.  It is then kept sizzling on our purpose built barbecue until you give us the green light to carve. We are suitably dressed in formal attire and will bring a Gazebo if the weather is inclement.
